This Legal Notice (the Legal Notice) governs access to and browsing of the website butli.app and related marketing pages (the Website) operated by DRIGUDEV SRL (Butli, we, us), a company organized under the laws of Costa Rica.

2.1. DRIGUDEV SRL owns or is licensed to use the intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website and related materials. This includes, by way of example:

- Content made available through the Website (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials);
- Trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs associated with Butli.
